Certificate Attestation.

Speedy attestations are one of the characteristics of Charisma Travels. Provide us the required documents and we will get you the certificate attested in no time.

Saudi Attestation.
o HRD/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o MEA/Home Ministry attestation is required for miscellaneous certificates like birth and marriage certificates, power of attorney and legal heirship certificates.
o Chamber of Commerce attestation is required for all commercial documents.
o Private diploma is not entertained by the Saudi Embassy.
o Translation is required for all miscellaneous certificates.

Oman Attestation
o HRD/MOH/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o Offer letter from Oman is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o Copy of the passports of both the spouses is required in case of marriage certificate attestation.

UAE Attestation
o HRD/MOH/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o Ministry of Home department from state/MEA attestation is required for, birth, death and marriage certificates and affidavits.
o Copy of the passports of both the spouses is required in case of marriage certificate attestation.

Kuwait Attestation
o HRD/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o MEA attestation is required for miscellaneous certificates like, marriage and birth certificates and power of attorney certificates.

Qatar attestation
o HRD/MOH/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates/ private certificates.
o Passport copy of both is required in case of marriage/birth certificate attestation.

Miscellaneous attestations
Ministry of External affairs (MEA) attestation All academic certificates must be attested from HRD/NORKA. Attestation from MEA can be done by us.
Attestation of all other certificates like marriage, birth, affidavits and power of attorney will be done after getting attestation from the Home Ministry of the concerned states.

All commercial documents should be attested from the Chamber of Commerce where the company is registered. They should be attested from HRD/NORKA.

All certificates issued from various universities in our country can be attested from the concerned departments set up in the state in which the university is situated.
The certificate holder should go either personally or through his/her next blood relatives.
Recent photo, copy of passport, any proof of address (original passport/voter id, phone bill or electricity bill) should be produced.

The above mentioned requirements are subject to change at any time by the concerned embassies and consulates.
Family/ Residence Visa (Iqama)

Reliability and responsibility are the trade marks of Charisma Travels.

The following documents are required.

• Visa slip.
• A Valid copy each of Iqama and passport of the sponsor (husband).
• 4 recent passport size photos of each applicant on a white background.
• Medical report for mother and children who have crossed 18 years of age from any G.C.A or G.M.C.A approved doctors.
• Polio certificate for children below 12 years.
• Valid copies of marriage and birth certificates.
• The passport of the applicant must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.

Kuwait Family (residence) Visa.

The following documents are required.
• Visa issued from MEA of Kuwait (both copies are required).
• 2 passport size photos on a white background.
• Medical report from any G.C.C approved doctor (please see the doctors panel).
• Polio certificate for children.
• The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.

• Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months.
• Three passport size photos on white background.
• Medical report from G.C.C approved doctor.
• Driving licence in case of profession as Driver.
• Attested certificate from Saudi embassy for higher categories.

Kuwait Visa (Delhi/Bombay)

• Visa issued from MEA of Kuwait (both copies are required).
• The Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months.
• Two passport size photos on white background.
• Medical report from G.C.C approved doctor.
• Police clearance certificate (PCC) from either passport office or the local police station.
• Driving licence and Experience certificate attested from MEA in case of profession as Driver.
• Experience certificate attested from MEA in case of profession as cook.
