Employement Visa Stamping (Saudi Arabia and Kuwait)

The following documents are required.

Saudi Visa Stamping  (Mumbai/Delhi)
• Saudi Visa Slip.
• Wakala (Authorisation) in the name of Charishma Tours and Travels , registration number as 002077 / KER /    PART / 1000+ / 3 / 3429 / 92. (The Royal Saudi Arabian Consulate, Mumbai Identity Card No.: 241 / 96 /    98,  The Royal Saudi Arabian Embassy, New Delhi, Identity Card No.: B-138 / 1421).
• Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months.
• Ten photographs (6x4 size) with white background.
• Medical report from GCC approved doctors.
• Attested educational certificates from HRD, MEA, Saudi
  Embassy New Delhi and Saudi Cultural    Affairs New Delhi  for visa professions under higher categories.
• Driving License for Driver Profession.

Kuwait Visa Stamping (Mumbai/Delhi)

• Original Visa.
• The Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months.
• 14 passport size photographs with white background.
• Medical report from GCC approved doctor.
• Police clearance certificate (PCC) from passport office.
• Employment Agreement Contract duly attested by Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Foreign    Ministry/Interior Ministry.
• Driving License for Driver Profession.

UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain Visa will be stamped in the respective countries


Family/Residence Visa Stamping (Saudi Arabia and Kuwait)
Family Visa Stamping. 

The following documents are required for Saudi Family Visa Stamping (Mumbai & Delhi).

• Visa slip.
• A valid copy of Iqama and passport of the sponsor (husband or father/mother).
• Ten photographs (6x4 size) with white background.
• Medical report from any GCC approved doctors (Below 12 years of old no need of medical, Vaccination certificate is needed for them duly attested by Saudi Arabian Consulate Mumbai or Saudi Arabian Embassy New Delhi).
• Marriage certificate for stamping of spouse visa.
• Birth certificate for Child Visa Stamping.
• The passport of the applicant must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.

Kuwait Family Visa Stamping.  The following documents are required.
• Original Visa.
• 14 passport size photos with white background.
• Medical report from any GCC approved doctor.
• Polio certificate for children.
• The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Child Visa Endorsement for Saudi Arabia (Mumbai / Delhi)
The following documents are required.
• Passport of the child.
• Passport of the mother with valid re-entry visa.
• Copies of all the pages of Iqama and passport of the father.
• Copy of the birth certificate of the child.
• Four 6x4cm sized photos with white background of the child
• Vaccination certificate duly attested by Saudi Arabian Consulate Mumbai or Saudi Arabian Embassy New Delhi).
Re-Entry Extension for Saudi Arabia (Mumbai / Delhi)
The Re-Entry Visa Extention may stamp upto 7 months from the arrival date.

The following documents are required for the extension of the re-entry visa.

• Valip Passport.
• Letter from the sponsor duly attested by the Saudi Arabian Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Computer printout of the Work Permit from the Jawazat.
• Four 6x4cm sized photographs with white background.
Family Saudi Visit Visa Stamping (Mumbai / Delhi)
The following documents are required.

• Visa slip.
• Passport should be valid for a minimum of six months.
• Copy of the passport and Iqama of the sponsor.
• Four 6x4cm sized photographs with white background..
• Marriage certificate for spouse.
• Birth ertificate for Child
• Proof of relation to the sponsor.
Business Visit Visa Stamping for Saudia Arabia (Mumbai / Delhi)
The following documents are required.

• Visa slip/ invitation letter.
• Covering letter from the applicant on his letterhead duly seal and signed.
• Recommendation letter from any Chamber of Commerce in India  to the Saudia Embassy New Delhi / Saudi Consulate Mumbai.
• Copy of degree or diploma in case of technical categories.
• Passport along with the old passport (if any).
• The passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months.
• Four 6x4cm sized photographs with white background..

Emigration
The following documents are required:
Power of Attorney, Demand Letter and Specimen Employment Contract in the name of M/s.Charishma Tours and Travels Reg.No: 002077/KER/PART/1000+/3/3429/92, on company letterhead duly seal and signed also Attested by Chamber of Commerce and Foriegn Ministry.).
For Kuwait Indian Embassy attestation is Mandatory.

o Chamber of Commerce attestation is required for all commercial documents.
o Notary Public and Mantralaya attestation is required for Marriege Certificate and birth certicate.

Oman Attestation
o HRD/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o Employment agreement contract / offer letter from the employer duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and Foriegn Ministry. .
o Copy of the passports of both the spouses is required in case of marriage certificate attestation.

UAE Attestation
o HRD/MEA attestation is required for attestation of educational certificates.
o Ministry of Home department from state/MEA attestation is required for, birth, death and marriage certificates and affidavits.
o Copy of the passports of both the spouses is required in case of marriage certificate attestation.

Kuwait Attestation
o HRD/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates.
o MEA attestation is required for miscellaneous certificates like, marriage and birth certificates and power of attorney certificates.

Qatar Attestation
o HRD/MOH/MEA attestation is required for attestation of academic certificates/ private certificates.
o Passport copy of both is required in case of marriage/birth certificate attestation.

Miscellaneous Attestations
Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) attestation All academic certificates must be attested from HRD/NORKA.
